Returns & Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@displogiia.com with your order number and reason for the request.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

  • Contact your bank for additional information.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
